Develop FRACA for Honeywell
At Honeywell, we implemented a failure and corrective system for all North America, for all aerospace systems and subsystem from manufacuring to system implementation in the field. Support Reliablity Engineers to do all analysis and reporting, with the ability to calculate MTBF and MTTR. We support all plants across North America from Morris Plains, New Jersey, Tempa, Arizona to Torrance, California. Support all databases Oracle, Visual FoxPro, SQL Servers and many more. Our system interface to other systems such as PIPs.
Worked on the Process Control System of the International Space Station (the Environmental System).
Develop Supplier Rating and Corective Action Systems
At Litton System, Northrop Grumman and L-3 Harris we implemented automated Suppler Rating and Corrective Action System. At peak time we had over 1,000 suppliers, and we issue report card to all suppliers on semi-annual time line and our Supplier Quality Engineers annual visit to audit and followup on any Corrective Action, if neccesary. We have a staff of over 25 Quality Engineers and over 120 inspectors. We Audit, Qualify, Certify and Approve all Suppliers and negotiate with Procurement with accepting them. We report to DoD for all field failures and provide Corrective Actions.
Develop and Implement Manufacuring Process Controls
Office Automation
We implemented automatic reporting systems. In the past, we had a staff of about 25 industrial engineers who generated Excel reports to management. We automated the data reports from our main frame and SAP reports to Excel with programs which generate more consistent and reliable analysis with tables, graphs and charts. Thus providing a more timely and reliable reports to management and other staff.
